The Twenty-2 Rattling Squarebill is a wooden bait hand made by The Lure Forge in the Finger Lakes Region of upstate NY. This model is in the Natural Craw Color. The Twenty-2 was designed to be a versatile Crankbait that can be used year round in many different conditions. This bait has a 2 1/2 in balsa body with an internal rattle made from a recycled 22LR brass casing and a circuit board bill.

The rattle has a muted tick that produces sound without scaring fish with a sound that's not as sharp as a plastic or glass rattle. All baits and components are hand crafted and painted in-house. Each bait features our signature detailed foil scales and gills along with hand painted eyes. The Twenty-2 has a fast medium wide shimmy with good float and a circuit board square-bill allowing it to dive quickly and deflect well off cover. The bait runs 5-6ft and can even run a little deeper on 10-12 fluorocarbon.

Each bait weighs approximately 1/2oz and comes with super sharp Daiichi hooks. Each bait is hand tested and tuned before leaving the shop. Please note these are handmade baits and may have some small variations in color and some minor cosmetic flaws in the finish.
